What will it cost?
Outfits vary depending on sizing, materials requested, and amount of detailing.
Custom bras start at $55 and go up depending on detail & materials
Bottoms start at $30 & go up depending on design & materials
Tutus start at $35
Headpieces start at $15
Custom garter's are $18
Custom garter belts start at $30
How long does it take to make & ship?
Outfits usually take 3-4 weeks from time of design & payment. However, slots during festival season fill up fast and production time may be 6-8 weeks. This does not include shipping. Outfits are completed by event date needed by. Eg: Bra orders placed for June will be finsihed before bra orders needed by August.
Shipping in Canada usually takes 1-4 days. Shipping to USA is untracked and usually 5-10 business days. We do not guarantee delivery times outside of Canada due to the fact that we have no control over customs. International shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you would like faster or tracked shipping, please inquiring before purchasing so we can quote youon other shipping methods. We are not responsible for and duties and taxes on packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
I've placed my order already, but now I need it sooner! Can you finish it faster?
Outfits are entirely handmade and completed by event date needed by. Eg: Bra orders placed for June will be finished before bra orders needed by August. When creating a design and completing a quote, we ask exactly when you need the item by. We will ALWAYS have the item finished by then. Unfortunately due to the amount of orders we get, we cannot guarantee that we can finish it any sooner, as we book slots by date needed. We do not refund custom orders once placed.
How do i place & pay for my order?
Once we've decided on a design, we will give you a quote. Once that is okayed, we will then set you up a custom listing on the website for you to pay. The website takes paypal, credit cards, & etransfers. We either take 100% of the payment, or 50% to start, and 50% at completion if it's easier on your wallet to split up the payments! Once payment is made, we will begin work on your outfit. Once the deposit is made, there are no refunds. We may be able to make small changes or additions to the design, but this completely depends on where we are in construction, and may include additional fees.
What if i don't know what i want?
That's ok! Even just a colour you like, or style of flower & we can get thinking on ideas! We're happy to brainstorm with you & show you previous outfits until you find something you love! We do however encourage you to look at pinterest, facebook, instagram or own own albums to see some different outfits and styles that you might want created for you!

Do you give refunds?
Once a custom order is placed, there are no refunds. Each custom order is hand created for YOU. If you have any questions please ensure you ask beforehand. We work with you every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied with your creation. If there are any product defects, please let us know within 7 days of receiving.
What sizes are available?
The general sizes we have on hand are 32A to 38D. Sizes outside this range are possible, however they may be more expensive and need a longer lead time so we can appropriately source the bra.
Bottoms and other items range from XS-XL.
How do I clean my outfit?
As all outfits are handmade & delicate, we suggest handwashing in your sink with your regular laundry detergent, and laying flat or on a drying rack to air dry.
